August Trading Contest

Merchants August Contest:

Given the success of the last monthly contest, we are going to be combining the August monthly contest with the weekly trading contests. To qualify for the contest, one must submit their price prediction for each rolling week and scores will be accumulated each week as well as weekly rewards. The monthly contest rewards will be 60–40–20 NEAR for top 3 finishers and 5 NEAR for each contestant who submits all 4 weeks. The weekly contest will remain the same at 10–7–5 NEAR for top 3.

Scoring:

Each week starting 8/3–8/10, there will be a new form for submissions. Points will be scored on how close you are to the final price of NEAR. If you are 10% off that week, you will score 90 pts; 25% off that week, you will score 75 pts, and so on.

Running totals will be kept for each week with standings released. The monthly prizes will be awarded for running point totals, but you can still receive prizes each week.

Please Note:

• You must submit the form and then post to the Telegram group for others to see.
• It is important you give an EXACT price predictions, not a RANGE
• Please give a short description of what your analysis shows

TLDR:

• Fill out new form with pertinent information: TG, wallet address, price prediction, TA and analysis before each Monday
• Post TA and analysis in TG group
• Weekly and monthly leaderboards based on accuracy, potential to earn rewards and be featured
• Can earn both weekly and end of month rewards
• Each person who submits all 4 weekly TA’s will be rewarded NEAR regardless

This is a fun competition to generate community interest and allow fellow merchants to earn NEAR. Everyone has different levels of technical analysis expertise. Ridicule of others’ analysis will not be tolerated; we are all here to learn and, in the process, reach our personal moons.
